Room service signals in the GridRabbit platform

Smart DnD/MuR panels let guests and staff surface room service needs directly into GridRabbit. The same status appears in floor, room, mobile, and operations views, so service teams can see DnD, Make Up Room, tray removal, towels, bell cart, dry cleaning, door bell, and room number state from the platform.

  • Configurable screen buttons and icons for hotel service workflows.
  • Interior and exterior installation options for guest and hallway visibility.
  • OTA firmware support and remote configuration through GridRabbit.

PMS and staff workflow integration

With OPERA PMS integration, GridRabbit can align room state, guest service requests, and staff workflows. DnD/MuR state can also participate in rules so teams can automate notifications or coordinate with other room devices. The panels can also contribute to indoor location tracking and distress-button programs, giving properties another installed endpoint that helps improve trilateration of supported trackers.

  • Room status can be visible alongside occupancy, thermostat, switch, and sensor state.
  • Supports door bell workflows and optional room number display.
  • Designed to support distress buttons, indoor location tracking, and better trilateration of supported trackers.
